低氘水对体内肿瘤发育作用的双重性（2）

B16黑色素瘤是具有高转移潜力的恶性肿瘤。静脉注入放射同位素后，肿瘤转移研究发现了两个实验组的差异。在肿瘤接种前一个月开始喂饲低氘水的小鼠组中发现，肿瘤肺转移数量显著低于，肿瘤接种后才开始喂饲低氘水的小鼠组和对照组的小鼠。在肿瘤接种后才开始喂饲低氘水的小鼠组中，与对照组比较肿瘤转移数量没有统计学上的显著差异。

总之，低氘水显示了对肿瘤发展过程的双重效应：在肿瘤发展时喂饲低氘水对寿命和肿瘤转移，以及抑制肿瘤生长和转移都没有积极影响，而在肿瘤发展之前喂饲低氘水小鼠的存活率提高。

已证实了的低氘水对肿瘤发展过程的积极效应。
